Ange Postecoglou is back in management after taking the reins at Premier League outfit Nottingham Forest.
The vacancy at the City Ground came by way of the club’s recent decision to part ways with highly popular manager Nuno Espírito Santo, who guided Forest back into continental action for the first time since the 1995/96 season.
But a falling out with the club’s hierarchy meant that Nuno’s story was ultimately cut short, with Postecoglou now back in business in the wake of being relieved of his duties at Tottenham this summer, despite leading Spurs to Europa League glory.
Nottingham Forest is delighted to confirm the appointment of Ange Postecoglou as the Club’s First Team Head Coach.

Before achieving continental success in North London, he enjoyed laudable periods at Scottish giants Celtic, Japanese outfit Yokohama F. Marinos, and Australian clubs Brisbane Roar and South Melbourne.
His arrival in the East Midlands comes at a time as Forest have started the 2025/26 Premier League campaign in patchy form, netting four points from a possible nine and looking ahead to a clash against Arsenal after the international break.
